事象
docker-compose downを実行したら、下記のエラーが出てコンテナを削除できなくなった。
ERROR: An HTTP request took too long to complete. Retry with --verbose to obtain debug information.
If you encounter this issue regularly because of slow network conditions, consider setting COMPOSE_HTTP_TIMEOUT to a higher value (current value: 60).解決法
dockerを再起動して、実行しなおしたらうまくいった。
再起動は、画面右上のメニューバーからdockerを選択してRestart
