【MS Teams】ボットアプリ開発環境をDockerで構築を久しぶりに行ったら、ボット動作時に下記エラーが発生するようになっていた。
AADSTS700016: Application with identifier ‘{ボットID}’ was not found in the directory ‘Bot Framework’. This can happen if the application has not been installed by the administrator of the tenant or consented to by any user in the tenant.
Microsoft Entra 管理センターにアクセスし、
「アプリケーション」 > 「アプリの登録」 で対象のアプリを選択し、
「認証」から「サポートされているアカウントの種類」を「任意の組織ディレクトリ内のアカウント」に変更したら改善した。
